Angela Homes took into consideration about a gated playground but still did not address the disable playground equipment.

What I don't like about any of these homes is that they don't consider disabled children. All of their play Park areas have no accessibility for children of physically disabled or children that have autism. Why aren't the playgrounds get it. Kids run away there's just no safety. It's such a disregard children that are different.

I've <,been an appraiser here for many years. Prices are ridiculous here in the Ozarks. I can't afford enough real estate to fill a flower pot Lol. Everyone that paid these stupid prices the past 2 years will be crying after the crash. Everyone has forgotten 2008. You need to be a renter until you make enough money to where being a home owner does not cause financial turmoil. Renting is beneficial to you if you don't earn good money because the landlord has to repair things when they break. If you are financially strained by a mortgage you don't stand a chance when the roof starts to need repair. You are also not ready if you are financially strained by paying rent prices when they go up each year. That is going to happen too with your property taxes when go up each year. You never actually beat the rising cost of housing. Even when your house is fully paid off your property tax bill will keep going up. If you really want to achieve your goal in life or you want to be financial stable. I advise everyone never to stop investing, never to stop improving, never to stop doing something new . You have to keep diversifying well enough if you must stay up in your investment. Personally, I think with my knowledge about investment, people should venture into Crypto investment trading because it remains t0 me the only means to be financial stable but only with the right approach.
